The consultation

First visit

The first consultation is to make your acquaintance and complete an initial assessment. Based on listening without judgment, the discussions will explore your reasons for seeking a consultation and analyze your particular situation by learning about your eating habits, your past and present pathologies, and your personal and professional environment.

At the end, you may be asked to establish a food diary.

This consultation lasts between 1h and 1h30.

Cost: CHF 140.-

Follow-Up Consultations

During the second consultation, I present my appraisal, the analysis, and my recommendations. Further follow-up consultations allow for verifying the improvement of your problems and readjusting the diet as necessary. In addition to nutritional advice on the best food, diet, and supplements tailored to your needs, I can also offer you analysis and advice on imbalances in minerals and vitamins.

Follow up consultations last between 45 minutes and 1 hour and take place approximately once a month.
