The first consultation is to make your acquaintance and complete an initial assessment. Based on listening without judgment, the discussions will explore your reasons for seeking a consultation and analyze your particular situation by learning about your eating habits, your past and present pathologies, and your personal and professional environment.
At the end, you may be asked to establish a food diary.
This consultation lasts between 1h and 1h30.

During the second consultation, I present my appraisal, the analysis, and my recommendations. Further follow-up consultations allow for verifying the improvement of your problems and readjusting the diet as necessary. In addition to nutritional advice on the best food, diet, and supplements tailored to your needs, I can also offer you analysis and advice on imbalances in minerals and vitamins.
Follow up consultations last between 45 minutes and 1 hour and take place approximately once a month.

Guided tour at the supermarket
I know that the supermarket is the perfect learning laboratory for providing nutritional education to my clients. I can help you identify healthy and varied products, review nutritional food labels and the list of ingredients, and provide you with opportunities to discover new quality products.
Cost: CHF 100.-
Consultations can be held in French, English or Swedish and be tailored towards children, teenagers, and adults.
Consultations on the phone, via Skype or face-to-face for individuals who are looking for advice about their diet or the diet of their children. By appointment only Fridays from 9.00 - 18.00 in my office located in Rolle, at the "Centre Thérapeutique de la Côte"
Possible home consultations can be arranged in the region of Aubonne-Nyon.
Payment is in cash at the end of the consultation. In case of cancellation, kindly notify me at least 24 hours in advance, or the session will have to be charged.
Bionutritional Profile IOMET is included in the consultation.
